The Site allows you to request information and estimates for cabinet painting/refinishing and related services.
Estimates are informational only and may change after an on-site evaluation, measurements, material selection, scope clarification, or discovery of conditions not visible in photos (e.g., damage, prior coatings, grease contamination, warped doors, etc.).
Final pricing and scope are confirmed only in a written proposal/invoice/work order (or similar written agreement) provided by us.
If you hire us for on-site work, you agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time
Secure pets and ensure a safe workspace
Remove or protect personal items as instructed (or accept additional charges if we must do it)
Disclose known issues that may affect the job (water leaks, mold, structural issues, pest issues, electrical hazards, etc.)
Unless stated otherwise in writing:
A deposit may be required to schedule work and/or order materials.
Additional payments may be due at milestones or upon completion.
Change orders (any change to scope, materials, color, finish, repairs, added items, or schedule) must be approved and may increase price and time.
Late or non-payment may result in pauses in work, rescheduling, additional fees, or lawful collection actions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a reasonable trip/administrative fee, where permitted and disclosed in your proposal/work order.
Any workmanship warranty, if offered, will be described in your written proposal/work order. Because coatings and refinishing results depend on surface condition, prior finishes, user wear-and-tear, cleaning products, moisture/heat exposure, and other factors beyond our control:
Normal wear, abuse, impact damage, water damage, chemical damage, and unauthorized repairs/alterations are not covered.
We do not guarantee exact color appearance across different materials, lighting conditions, sheen levels, or existing substrates (color can vary due to lighting, wood species, MDF, previous coatings, and primer).
The Site is provided for general information. While we try to keep content accurate, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Photos, examples, and descriptions are illustrative and do not guarantee a particular outcome.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
